87th Royal Irish Fusiliers
By filling out this form you have understood the rules and expectations of the unit. Upon entering the Recruit phase you will be told various rules when and where needed; however the most important rule is to conduct yourself in a mature manner. If we find that you cannot follow this simple rule during the Recruit phase, you will be rejected from the unit. Note that any attempt to make the Regiment look dishonourable in any way or form will have the same consequence.
The Recruit phase normally lasts between two to four weeks. Any misbehaviours made in this time (along with the other enlisted phases) will be noted by one of the Officers and senior NCO's. If your behaviour is found to be on such a poor level as to require a discharge, you will be. There is no reason for complaining: we will not change our minds.
After passing the Recruit phase and entering the ranks of Private and above, if you break the aforementioned rules during your time in the regiment you will be reprimanded on the spot by an Officer or NCO. Again, if your behaviour is found poor enough, a discharge may occur; however, if a punishment seems unjust you may inform a high-ranking Officer.
This regiment has discipline, if you can't hack it, don't enlist.
